Back in the Lab

Bit sleepy tonight after a day in Loughborough.

I was off for a day testing at the Gatorade Sports Science Institute with an athlete that I'm working with. I've not been in a lab for ages so was quite looking forward to it. Loughborough was full of security but we somehow found ourselves in the Olympic holding camp car park with a pass! Good with parking being at a premium!

Unfortunately, we were at the wrong end of the massive campus but we got picked up and taken to the lab. James and Ian really set a brilliant standard for sport science & nutritional service provision. In fact, the best I've ever seen....the lab was amazing.

Good lesson for me today, that I went with one aim and got far more than expected!
