Testing...

...my new mono pod.  I returned to the field where I had taken a photo before.  On that occasion the wind was really strong and I had trouble keeping the camera still, and me on my feet,  Struggling with a camera and a walking stick is not easy.  Fellow blipper kwdiane suggested a mono pod.  It works so well.  I only need that and my camera as I can use it as a walking stick then when I come to take the shot both the camera and myself are really stable.
