The Forum

Another jaunt to the university after work this morning and chose to blip this sculpture which is one of three heads situated in a dedicated area in the campus called 'The Forum'.  The artist was Joseph Hillier a graduate of Newcastle university and together the three heads, made from different metals and prcocsses are called 'Generation'.  The explanatory plaque states that each head references a stage in the evolution of human industry and thought.
