The Queen came by train.

What an exciting day. The Queen arrived by train. Euan had the red carpet towels  out. Eve wore her best hat and learned how to curtsey. Euan shook hands,gave a bow and made small talk. All in an afternoon 's pretend play thanks to Euan's imagination. I did get to play the Queen after Ali got a shot!

Wee James was here earlier and missed our royal visitor.  He was in great fettle and smothered in love by his big cousins.
