Double trouble

Booked an appointment at 3:00 pm on 08/09 at the Health Centre a few weeks ago but was told the appointment was made on 09/09. (today) I'm quite certain that it wasn't my fault because we have weekly meetings on Wednesdays.

I rang this morning to check if there were cancellations on the day so that I might take another slot but no, and all the days were fully booked until 21/09 when the Induction week starts. So I had to rebook a slot.

Later in the morning I was told that the afternoon meeting was cancelled so I rang back but was told that there was no chance to get my original slot back as it was given to another person. No other cancellations.

Not a productive day.
