Blenheim Palace
The weather promised a bit more warmth and sun today, though it was few and far between, so we took off for Blenheim Palace for morning coffee and a spot of lunch, both of which were disappointing, I'm sure the Duke would get better service.
Anyway we had a good day and caught the mini train to the pleasure gardens as we didn't get there last time. The highlight of the gardens is the butterfly house, high heat and high humidity, an ideal environment for butterflies, small tropical birds and hothouse plants. The only problem was with the camera; the lens steams up very quickly so I had to use a cloth to clear it before every shot.
The extra is a picture taken outside the Water Terrace Café overlooking the Water Terraces.
