No just any old jar!

A catch up day, fingers hardly off my keyboard kind of day today.. well that'll teach me to have time off!
What to blip.... my pretty ornate jar, that my Mum gave me ... which isn't just any old jar!
Inside I've been trying to save every now and then towards a photography day course... on counting ... I may have about £15 in there... sorry Kit... I'll get there.. and we'll do it!! x
If you look closely you will see the Queen's face... on a £5 note.  Apt today I thought as she celebrates being the longest reigning monarch in the UK.  And quirkily the person who has worn the most hats.
Also in this jar are tickets to see Christmas with the Crooners ... at the Alhambra in Bradford... dated 21/12/12.  I went with my Mum.. we had Christmas dinner beforehand... I had a Sherry... I hadn't had one for years... and I had Mum's Sherry too.. as she didn't like it.  Exactly 20 days later I lost her suddenly to a heart attack.  A bit maudlin I know.. but this isn't just any old jar! :)
