Dumping and Drilling

Seattle.  Such a contrast to yesterday’s blip.   I know this is tiresome and repetitious, but this city has gone crazy with construction and streets blocked everywhere.   Many new ones, every time I’m in town… One doesn’t want to go anywhere in a car. Or a bus.  There is almost no good time of day.  (maybe 11-2 if one has to!)  This hole in the ground a few blocks from my home, has been an empty lot for 8 years now  Here it is 2 years ago - the same corner where the big drill is, only looking a it now from left to right...the sidewalk is blocked on Eastlake and there are cement machines taking up the street...
