I tried a new pair of flips flops on when I was in Derby on Saturday, but the shop was out of stock in my size in the colour I wanted. The assistant offered to order them for me, but when I declined as I don't live locally she said they could be delivered to me.

To say I was impressed by their service is an understatement, great service in store & then an email at every step of the delivery process to let me know where my order was since then. Cannot fault them... and I'm usually quite hard to please.
