Salt Lake Temple

Repositioning Day, travelling from Jackson to Salt Lake City - about 300 miles.

We started by returning to the Grand Tetons, photographing it from Glacier View.  The morning light provided more details in the mountains range, as well as offering an opportunity for some infra red images.

Then the long drive south to Salt Lake City.  We arrived barely before 6 pm then went straight out to take evening photographs around Temple Square.  The late light gave wonderful opportunities and I finally plumped for this IR looking up at the temple.

Temperatures are much higher now and 'legs' were seen for the first time!
