Abstract: Rest

Felt a bit odd today, unsettled, tired, unsure so at lunchtime I went for a walk in the sunshine and it did me a great deal of good. I then worked flat out and on arriving home collapsed on my bed and slept for a good two hours! The dark blue object is me shortly after waking but still horizontal!
