Stirling Faces

Hubbie and I spent the night in Stirling and had a good Italian meal in the centre.  Today we visited the very popular tourist venue -Stirling Castle. The faces are - 2 painted ones from the ceiling in the Palace and an unfinished face in  the Stirling Heads Gallery, which explained the process of how the replicas were made - very interesting. The portrait was seen in the 17th century Argyll's Lodging House nearby.
Stirling will be worth another visit.
