Biggles flies back to front

Found this about to fall off the shelf at our local discount store.
That takes me back, Dad was an aeroplane nut and I read loads of Biggles books as a kid, even though I was a girl. Captain Johns wrote similar books for them, about Worrals of the WAAF, but there were more about Biggles.
Come to think of it, Biggles was a bit of a prat. He was always curling his lip and turning on his heel, and he didn't have much time for all that romantic rubbish.
Good stories though :)
