Magic moving rainbows...

...and superfast trains

Am I allowed to do the write up after my swim and possibly another run on the moor now the midges that ignored the jungle formula gone to bed?

Just to quickly say that my photos tonight can't even compared to Mr John's runners photo and his wonderful shades, I was there when he took the photo and I knew this will be the special one!! The story behind it was great too

It was an amazing night and great running with many 'flat' hills but above all amazingly gorgeous company.

It was wonderful also to catch up with Emma and Jane after the run and meet the new to me girl Hannah.

The top photo was taken from the tennis club balcony when I suddenly noticed that there was a rainbow over the moor!!! It was definitely magic, not sure how those rainbows appeared. And if I had my camera with me me would actually see a double rainbow over the moor.

I was also happy to receive a lovely text from lovely always full of energy R!

Now become one with the water for an hour and then if my mind chatterings can be told I will be back to say more. It s a night though I won't be able to stay in.
