We have named this quintet of rather attractive little penguins, from rear to front Steve Fiona Chris Moira and Diane - just for fun.
Spotted them in the garden centre and fell for them instantly.
Not a brilliant day for me today. Had a steroid injection into my injured right shoulder, administered by my excellent GP.
Let's hope it works on the pretty severe pain I have been suffering for the last six months or so.
Eight hours in and so far so good.
