Through the vines

On our last day, after visiting our own market, we always go down to buy a case of Château La Canorgue wine. Most wine we take home is from the local Cave Cooperative, but this wine is a bit special. Anyway we have always bought a case and we like the labels, so why break with tradition.

This is the view from outside the Cave of the Chateau – looking through the vines towards Bonnieux and the mountains.
 
(For those who have actually seen the Russell Crowe film ‘A Good Year’ – not one of his best apparently, but I haven’t seen it so can’t judge – this was the Château used in the film.)
  
And looking at the extra picture, I do think it’s a pity that someone felt the need to open their shutters!
