Where's the baby?

I have noticed these trolleys outside Sainsbury's, Altrincham for the last 2-3 days.  At first I thought someone had left their baby seat in one of the trolleys and was going to return for it - but not so!  It all looks like a bit of old tat - a bit of fly-tipping right outside the supermarket.  So far no-one from the store has attempted to clean it up... Very strange!
