Fuchsia

My next door neighbour moved house a few weeks ago and the new owners are working on the house before moving in.  I've not really noticed this fuchsia before;  it may be thriving on neglect.  I have a very small plant that looks as though it is the same variety as this one, but it is surrounded by other plants and doesn't get much light.  I think I'll move it so that it does and perhaps it will grow bigger.
