End of Days

Strange old day. 
The guys fitting our floor told me about the time they recently fitted a floor in a Knightsbridge apartment.
This little pied-a-terre cost a mere £100 million (bargain it seems, the most expensive being sold for £140 million). 
The apartment (with a toilet sensor that washes the shit off your ass) was bought by an Egyptian who sold his Syrian telecommunications business for 5 billion quid.
Seemingly this guy has a private jet (as you do) and flies his kid and nanny on day trips between the US of A and little ol' Blighty for a dental appointments.
Tonight, himself returned from a business trip, he's been with the corporate giant peeps. :(
It seems we now have another new plastic thingy for our kids to enjoy, served with sugary soda and plastic chicken nuggets.
I'm feeling annoyed. :(
