Doncaster Races ❤️

.......After breakfast we pack up and leave Cumbria......Our destination is Doncaster. Plenty of road works as we cross the wild, remote landscape from West to East, before joining the A1/M1 and more road works.....!!
We arrive in good time at Doncaster Racecourse (Ladies Day) So many tattoos on display and super high heels. Our luck at the "Bookies" (None existent yesterday did not improve today)....!! Although I did choose 4 winners from the Racing Post.......(My personal race selections, no money was involved).
Today the sun did shine ❤️ Very pleasant indeed. After racing finished we drove a few miles to a lovely hotel (The Wentbridge Hotel) in Wentbridge......Wonderful room, superb dinner......Home tomorrow Xx
