If I could choose a perfect day off, today would be close to it...

Chilled morning on the sofa catching up on Ray Donovan.

Quick drive over the bridge to Cwmcarn for a couple of laps of Cafall and Twrch. With a horrible diversion around the fire road. It added to the mileage and therefore the exercise so I'm not complaining. It really was fun and I probably pushed too hard for a solo ride but it's difficult not to when the trails are that good. My poor bike could do with some TLC now.

Evening spent at the Flyer with Phil, Mat, Alex, Simon and Jez. Just a few beers as I'm working in the morning!
