My special tea..

I'm having an Omelet for my tea tonight.
Sounds ordinary but this one is going to be made with Truffle infused eggs!!

I was at the Riccarton House farmers market this morning and was intrigued by the truffle stall. They are local and I got talking to the man, their truffle dog is a Spoodle like our Lottie!  
I'm going to see what Lottie thinks of the eggs.
( they were selling whole truffles too, various sizes, the largest was priced at $50!)
