Shadows

Jack Frost was very evident this morning, thankfully the sun shone and moved him along.  The air has been very crisp all day, nice behind glass.

I needed to get to the supermarket to replenish supplies early as having some ex workmates coming visit this afternoon.  Thinking the chances of getting a blip later in the day would be remote I zapped down to the wharf area to see what I could find.  

This is a silo, nothing too exciting about that, but the stairway combined with the early morning sun created what I thought to be very strong shadows and patterns.

Sipping a local Pinot Gris, nibbling on cheeses, humus, dip and grapes along with great chatty company filled the afternoon very well.  

Now its after dinner and rugby is (of course) on the Telly.
