White ginger

Found beautiful stems of white ginger in Safeway a few days ago.  Decided to leave the stems banded together, for a real statement.  They are opening beautifully and the scent drifts through the entire house, sweet and elusive.  Wish I could append an olfactory file here.  Once smelled, never forgotten.   Enjoy!
