Judging

Debra and I judged the King Arthur Flour entries - one group for adults and one for children.  The adults made Pumpkin Streusel Coffee cake and the good ones were very good.  The kids made potato chip cookies, sounds horrible, but not as bad as it sounds.  This was a new area for us and brought its own pressures as there is a money prize involved.  We gave it our best shot though!  I just liked the way the canned goods looked all lined up.  

The extra is the fair director photo bombing the shot.  Surprising as she is usually so staid and proper!  You just never know.....

Oh, and 3 blue ribbons so far on plants - have to go back and check on my two photo entries.
