Surprising outcome

Not the most beautiful photo but in my journal so I can remember the moment when the scales stopped at 82 Kg instead of racing past this number.  Have been totally gluten free now for just 10 weeks as part of my new approach to dealing with my Hashimoto problem - its having a great and positive impact, have lost 9 Kg in weight and still going down - just hoping it doesn't suddenly reverse !!
