Virginia

My first stop for the day is in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The city is surrounded by 56 mountain summits and peaks. I've no idea what these mountains are named but the blue haze comes from a chemical compound released naturally by the pine trees. It's beautiful!

I had a 10pm dinner at the Waffle House and thoroughly enjoyed my meal in the company of a very pleasant stranger who spotted my car and mentioned that he drove a 2010 M6 convertible. Well, he certainly knew how to keep the conversation flowing! A kindred spirit in speed! I so love traveling...
