Red and White

Another wonderful day with Doogie and Impy!  A long walk in Ruckle Park followed by a glass of wine at Salt Spring Vineyards.  We thought it was TGIF with a couple of hours of music at the vineyard and were a bit disappointed when we were told that business is a bit slower in September on Fridays and there was no music.  There were only two other people sitting enjoying glasses of wine and they left shortly after we arrived, so it turned out that we had the vineyard to ourselves.  Who could be disappointed sitting in a beautiful setting with such good company and perfect weather?  A lovely way to end the day before heading home for dinner.
I'm a day behind posting.  Today is the Pride Parade, and Doogie and Impy will find the parade here to be quite different from the one in Toronto!
