Stokesley High Street

Quite a change in the weather today with rain most of the morning. We were invited to a neighbour's for a coffee and cake fund-raising event. This seems to be the way to encourage people to give these days.

After lunch the rain had stopped and I walked into town for my green grocery shopping. This is our high street which will be completely transformed during the next 7 days. Tomorrow the fair arrives and they start setting up. There will be fairground rides where you can see the cars today. The climax is Stokesley Agricultural Show next Saturday.
