Fog

After a glorious few days of summer, the fog has arrived. I drove across to Buchlyvie to deliver paintings to the green gallery over there. A lovely wee rural gallery and there was a very nice cafe nearby for a salted caramel slice. D was off school with a sore throat and sore tummy. He came for the ride. As he's s bit prone to not wanting to go to school, I set him some maths at the cafe - sorting prices then telling me how much more or less coffee was than tea or hot chocolate. It kept us entertained for a while. The discussion in the car was all about electricity pylons, wind turbines and how electricity got into the house. A very educational day off!
