They Just Slipped Away

For nearly ten years, the little soup man brought daily soup to our office (see 17th July). They had actually been in business for 27 years and part of their ethos was to give work to people who had served time (I believe).. Now Birmingham City Council have put up the rent and they can't afford the increase. So they are no more.
