I made the last of the blackcurrants into coulis and froze it into bite sized lumps in all the ice cube trays I had because even I can only eat a little at a time!  So if this looks like the summit of the Matterhorn emerging from a cloud inversion then you have a fantastic imagination!  You would be correct about the Matterhorn though - the ice cube tray in the shape of the mountain was one of our freebies for competing in Zermatt last summer.  They go great in my Yeo Valley limited edition rhubarb and custard yoghurts - to be recommended!
