As pretty as a parrot

Out with the CTC cycle club today. Mr PB  was the club leader and we headed off to Oldhurst to see the crocs. This is one of my favourite tea stops and there is the added bonus of the crocs and other animals. Each time we go there seems to be more, today was no exception. These lovely parrots were new and very friendly. I couldn't decide whether to do this guy or the turkey (extras). I went with cuteness.

A week on the back of the tandem has strengthened my legs, but I suffered terribly with sore feet. I am not sure if it is some sort of cramp but I get it on most long rides on different bikes and whilst wearing different shoes. My feet still hurt, hours after getting off the bike. Emmm what to do.
