There's a school of thought that argues that cycling should be a routine activity without the need for any specialist clothing or faux safety kit ... and then there's "Cycle Chic" that contends that cycle users can be stylish. There's a lot of bikes in Cartagena and most folk just wear their normal gear. Here, two young ladies stop their tandem to watch an African dance troupe perform.
