What a day......

...one we will probably (!) always remember....our grandson was born at 9.15 in the evening and so our minds were slightly distracted from the concert we went to.  

You see, the festival began today in the village.   Firstly there was some African dance in the square - see the extra picture - a lovely colourful character!  Then Steve Knightly who is a folk singer who tells stories.  Very good entertainment all round with Jemima Farley as his support act.  Lovely sensitive girl.   Then it was after hours music in the Skittle Alley.

This is a back blip as I totally lost concentration..................
