Gift

My good pals Cal & Katie came to lunch with me yesterday : the 1st time I've prepared food for me than 2. Katie came bearing a gift of a delightful wee posie off autumn flowers from their garden. The light in them on my kitchen window sill, got me active with the new Macro lens ! 
My efforts of a scrumptious fish pie was a triumph : I seem to have gone into trying out new recipes : more adventure. This from the lovely Simon Hopkinson.

Wheel, cat's among the pigeons now folks eh!. I'm cheering Jeremy Corbin & Tom Watson on & hoping for a shake up if nothing else.
