Balloon fun

Out for a 40th birthday party tonight.
There were helium balloons on the table so after a few drinks they were used for a little bit of singing fun!

Another 2 viewings of the house today too. One was a second viewing. Both like the property but had a few issues they are unsure about. Just need to keep our fingers crossed.
