Feast Rising

What a wonderful and productive day!  I went to a bread making course at the Feast Rising Bakery. It was excellent and if you are interested look at the website
theartisan@home.com   or put the name into Google.
Patrick Crabtree is an artisan baker and an excellent teacher.  I came away with a large seeded Bloomer, 6 wholemeal bread rolls, 2 tin loaves, and 3 focaccias( 2 with rosemary and salt and 1 with olives and fennel seeds). We also made a pizza for lunch and it was the best I have eaten. Looking forward to doing more days at the Feast Rising Bakery in Hull.
