Compatibility issue

Cat-eye gps on the right. Cat-eye rear light on the left.
Cat-eye belt clip in the middle.
Are the square grooved blocks that slide into the clip compatible?
No, they were about a tenth of a millimetre different, after a bit of filing on the belt clip both items now fit the belt clip.
