La Coruña

On Monday we had confirmation of our daughter's to transfer from Lugo to La Coruña art school. So now, at last knowing which city she would be in we had a few days to find accommodation before classes start next week.

Arrived at the hotel (photo) in La Coruña mid-afternoon. After checking in it was off to do the rental agencies.

Viewed two flats in the afternoon. The first used butane gas bottles for cooking and water heating, which is still fairly common but, on our no-no list. The second was much better and after discussing later, we decided to call the agency in the morning and go for it.

All being well, I guess we got lucky to find something suitable on day one.
