Passing Through

Out with these two tonight. Matt off the train, and leaving for Canada in the morning, Benji ready to head off to Uni at last next weekend.

Amongst other things we discussed the deletion of helium supplies due to use in decorative balloons rather than used in physics experiments (apparently it's not a laughing matter) and the strangeness of being able to get several olympic gold medals for swimming the same distance in different ways, but only being able to get one chance for running the same distance any style. If the Olympics were in Yorkshire we would have hopping, backwards running, cartwheeling, you'd swim in the sea and we'd ban walking as an Olympic sports.

It will be so nice and quiet this time next week.
