Got You Ted!

Ted had a lucky escape from one of our garden birds today.

This is the first large poppy to open in our garden so we thought you would like a closer look.

I painted a couple of the downspouts this morning. They are brown plastic downspouts which have faded in the sun over the years. Just hoping the rain stays away until they dry.

The garden is looking its best at the moment and I wish the garden festival was this weekend as some of the plants will have gone past there best before the 7th&8th July.
