Calla Lily Drama

My calla lily is finally blooming.  Soon it
will be hit by frost.....I captured the rising
sun illuminating the petals, darkened it
a bit, and this is the result....
This is my first year at trying to include
Callas in my gardens......There must be
some bulb disease because many of them
did not develop.  It is a mystery to me.....
Any suggestions?
