Today I walked over to Blackheath to meet my friend Susan to go to a restaurant, where we greedily stuffed ourselves with rather large, full English breakfasts.  I spotted my very large shadow as I waddled past one of the old fashioned lamps on the heath.  I appear to have doubled in size after that enormous breakfast.
