Down the path

I ran along here again today at the end of my run and then walked back later to the supermarket.

It looks quite magical along the old canal when the light is right. I love going this way instead of the more direct road route when getting a top up shop.

Today's run a whole 8 seconds quicker and non stop over the 5k
