Bourne again

I did a little late channel hopping, and Scout grabbed the camera and took this cat's eye view of me with remote control in hand. Cheeky cat that one. I went through all the numbers but all I could find that I liked was the third Jason Bourne film which I have seen more than once before. So many channels, so much crap.  The other day there was a film about giant piranha that they nuked before they could eat miami.  Such bad acting.

As for the rest:

I did an eleven hour working day today. Have been strict about my hours but deadlines are unforgiving this week. By the time I found myself watching Matt Damon doing deadly Parcour on the rooftops of Tangier, I had already decided that this was not going to become a regular occurrence again... been there, bad for the health.

Did three training sessions for senior managers on risk management today, exhausting but really enjoyable. I love leading training sessions, if you do it right you can get a real dialogue going.

I was also given some rhubarb and beetroot from a colleague's allotment.  And found a recipe that combines the two in a dessert ... fantastic
