Via Stuttgart

Bit of an odd day. Was supposed to have a straightforward flight from Heathrow to Frankfurt. First, the flight was delayed by 20 minutes. Then, we took off and flew to Germany, circled around Frankfurt for a bit, and then landed in Stuttgart. A 'biblical' storm at Frrankfurt prevented us from landing at our intended destination, and 10 other planes were diverted too while Frankfurt Airport - one of the biggest in Europe - was closed because of bad weather.

Finally we made it to Frankfurt three hours late, and this was the vivid sunset on arrival.

Long day tomorrow. The Frankfurt Motor Show is huge, and notoriously hard on the feet!
