Communication

Tonight we had a surprise visit to Brownies of Dingo and her new "pup" - the girls were all very excited to see her again and nearly all had a hold of the baby. As we didn't have much time and our theme was Disability Awareness we talked about people who spoke languages other than English and the struggles they would have in other countries. The girls had to write a step by step instructions for someone who has never made a sandwich. One group forgot to mention taking the salami out of the container - rather hard sandwich to eat
