Calorie Replacement
I thought tonight's late night exertions were my first proper (ish, it was only 5k) run in a little over a year. Turns out it's almost 2 years. THat would explain a lot. Still, just over 30 minutes for a 5k, for a cyclist, is a start. Getting fit for cross.
Bit of a crap day in truth, but managed to gain some perspective towards the end, and feeling somewhat better now.
Oh, and latest STV Edinburgh piece went out tonight, which can be seen on the STV Player here, from a little after 16 minutes in.
