Carrbridge

Old bridge at Carrbridge. Built in 1717 but was badly damaged later in the 18th century and again in the monster floods of 1829. It is over the river Dulnain. Before it was built coffins being carried to Duthil on the north bank about 3 km away were often delayed if the river was high.
